Trey McPhaul, a father, husband, youth coach, business owner, and community advocate, officially announced his candidacy for the Gainesville City School Board representing District 2.

McPhaul brings years of community service and leadership to this campaign, with a vision focused on supporting students, empowering educators, and engaging families.

“I believe deeply in the power of education to shape lives and strengthen our community,” said McPhaul. “I’m eager to serve in a way that supports students, families, and educators across our district.”
